Offers 2027: Early Booking, Book Direct and Winter Stays
Three simple ways to pay less when you book directly with us, the hosts. One code per booking, and rules that fit on a postcard.
We keep nightly rates off the website because they move with the season and the length of your stay. What we can tell you plainly is how the offers work: each one is a percentage off our direct rate, the rate you get when you write to us rather than going through a booking platform.
Send us your dates with the code, through the enquiry form or on WhatsApp, and we reply within the hour with the exact price.
Early Booking 2027
- For stays from 1 April to 31 October 2027.
- Confirm with a 30% deposit by 31 January 2027.
- Not valid from 8 to 22 August 2027.
- The deposit is non-refundable, but you can move it once to other 2027 dates.
Book direct
- Any dates, for bookings made from 1 February 2027.
- Until then it covers the dates Early Booking leaves out, such as 8 to 22 August 2027.
- For direct bookings only.
Winter long stay
- November to March, stays of 7 nights or more.
- 15% off our weekly direct rate.
- Monthly rate on request.
- Maximum stay: 60 nights.
The small print, in plain words
One code per booking: the offers are never combined. They apply to direct bookings only, made by WhatsApp, phone, email or the enquiry form on our homepage.
For Early Booking we ask for a 30% deposit by 31 January 2027. The deposit is non-refundable, but if your plans change you can move it once to other dates in 2027.
And our ferry promise stands for every offer: if a ferry is cancelled by weather, we move your dates for free. The ferry risk is ours, not yours.
Why booking direct costs less
Booking platforms charge a commission on every booking. When you book directly with the host, there is no commission to pay, and we share that saving with you. You also speak from the first message with the person who will hand you the keys.
Where the offers apply
The offers cover our three houses available for holidays: Emerald View House One in Dyo Choria, and Aegean Selfie House and Blue Horizon in Triantaros.

Can I combine two codes?
No. One code per booking, and the offers are never combined.
What if my ferry is cancelled?
If a ferry is cancelled by weather, we move your dates for free.
Can I change my Early Booking dates?
Yes, once, to other dates in 2027. The 30% deposit is non-refundable, but it moves with you.
Does Early Booking cover Easter 2027?
Yes. Greek Easter falls on 2 May 2027, inside the 1 April to 31 October window, as long as you confirm by 31 January 2027.
How do I use a code?
Type it in the Offer code field of the enquiry form, or mention it in your WhatsApp message. We confirm the discounted price in our reply.
